The lawsuit is currently in the motion to dismiss phase, where NIST is trying to argue that the plaintiffs — including 9/11 family members and watchdog groups like AE911Truth — don’t have standing to challenge NIST’s report and the agency’s response to a request for correction submitted two years ago.
