ACLU is a fraud. Civil Liberties are presented as emanating from government. People, wherever located, have unalienable rights granted by the Creator and untouchable by any government.
BTW, if we were to list our unalienable rights by order of importance, Self Preservation would top the list. Obviously, without Self, no other rights matter.
