He has made many presentations to Canadian parliamentary committees and has served as an expert witness on constitutional issues in several important legal cases in Canada and the United States. QUESTION: were there adjoining rooms that the real 2 shooters could have escaped through and perhaps they were dressed as LV police and could blend in with the police???
Could it be that Stephen Paddock was the patsy and was murdered before all the shooting began and his room was filled with guns to incriminate him. Case Closed.
