Can't Hear the Radio Troubleshooting Steps to follow:
First, you must be connected to the Internet and your speakers turned on and working.

If you are trying to listen with your Browser (Internet Explorer, FireFox, Safari) and you can't hear or it cuts out:
Try Refreshing your browser. If that doesn't work, then

Exit your browser program and then re-open it. If that doesn't work, then

Switch to another browser program. If that doesn't work, then

Try using your Player (WinAmp, RealPlayer, Itunes, QuickTime). Launch your player with the Launch Your Player Here button. Give it a minute or two to open. If that doesn't work, then

Open your player manually thru a desktop icon or thru a program listing. Make sure the player is fully loaded and running and then click on the Launch Your Player Here button. If that doesn't work, then

Download and install (or reinstall) WinAmp, which can be downloaded at the Get Free WinAmp to Listen line at the right-hand top of the page.

If you are listening with your player and it cuts out...try refreshing by hitting the stop and then the play button on your player. You can also exit your player program and then re-open it and then hit the Launch Your Player Here button again.

General Concepts:
The sound for No Lies Radio is TURNED ON automatically when you first arrive at the No Lies Web-site. You should be able to hear it if your speakers are connected and turned on. It works because you are listening with your Internet Browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari). The flash player must already be installed (which is the case 99% of the time). If flash is not installed, you will be prompted to install it. If you wish to turn off the Radio, you can simply click on Click Here to Turn Live Radio ON/OFF or click the button on the widget at the top of the page. These are toggle switches which you can use to turn the radio ON or OFF at anytime. You can also listen to No Lies Radio with YOUR PLAYER such as WinAmp, RealPlayer, Itunes, or QuickTime. To listen with your player you should first turn off the Radio with the Click Here to Turn Live Radio ON/OFF line or the button on the widget at the top. Then click on the Launch Your Player Here button. If your player is installed and working it should launch and you should be able to hear the Radio. If you do not have a player, we recommend that you install WinAmp, which can be downloaded at the Get Free WinAmp to Listen line at the right-hand top of the page.
