Dahr Jamail explain how the US Military has been deploying or redeploying tens of thousands of US soldiers to Iraq and Afghanistan. In many cases they are on their 4th, 5th or even 6th deployment. He mentioned an incident involving a US soldier who killed five fellow soldiers.
