The 2010 State of the Union Address will be given by United States President Barack Obama to a joint session of Congress. It will be Obama’s first State of the Union Address. The speech will be delivered on the floor of the United States House of Representatives in the United States Capitol.
Hosted by Mitch Jeserich with Aileen Alfandary, Davey D and Leigh Ann Caldwell. There will be a brief pre-show of likely no more than 10 minutes, until the Obama speech begins. At the conclusion of the speech, wrap-up with Mitch Jeserich and Aileen Alfandary at KPFA (Berkeley) together with Davey D at WPFW (Washington DC). Leigh Ann Caldwell will be on Capital Hill, right outside the House of Representatives, and will be introducing members of Congress and other commentators’ responses to the Speech.
